My studio in Northern California is small, and sadly it takes a second seat sometimes to my day job. I must take the advice to respect the appointments I have with myself as much as the appointments I have with others!

My studio in New England is mobile but perhaps in the future when the day job has  subsided I can establish a permanent one.
